Mansour Norozi

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

My name is Mansour Norozi, I am 25 years old, and I grew up in Örnsköldsvik where I still live today. I am a driven person who loves to solve problems and to think in an innovative manner. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time at the gym, and I often also look for peace and tranquility by a lake with a beautiful view.



What led you to discover Your Brand Travel, and what motivated your decision to become a part of the team? Additionally, how long have you been involved with the team?

Our CEO Tamer and I met during a business development course in the tourism industry. We had several meetings where we discussed the idea behind Your Brand Travel. It quickly became apparent to me how strong the business idea was, and this led me to decide to join and fulfill my dream of running and creating an innovation project that can make an international breakthrough. I was the first person to join the team and have now been here for almost 2.5 years.




What role do you currently hold at Your Brand Travel, and what aspects of this role do you find most fulfilling or enjoyable?

I work as a business developer, and my responsibilities include collaborating with travel suppliers and brands. I also act as a marketing coordinator and manage social channels for our own brand Trip and Stuff.



What do you think sets Your Brand Travel apart in the travel and experience industry?

Your Brand Travel stands out thanks to our custom-built platform. We are the first to market with this concept platform, which allows us to fully customize experiences to reflect the values, identity, and goals of a given brand. This helps build loyalty, increase engagement, and drive sales as a complement to their core business. We put customers at the center of everything we do, focusing on creating relevant, segmented experiences that strengthen interactions between a brand and its customers, while also boosting business in general.



Could you share some insights into your previous professional experiences and the types of projects or tasks you've been involved in before joining Your Brand Travel?

Previously, I worked in the tourism industry and daily retail. My roles focused primarily on sales and service, and I was always putting customers first and striving for high customer satisfaction. Managing and interacting with customers is something I have always prioritized. Listening to others, receiving feedback and then working to perform better are some of my strengths. What I liked most at the time was collaborating with people and constantly trying to learn from others to develop.



Outside of work, how do you like to spend your free time? Any hobbies or activities that you're particularly passionate about?

I like playing football and watching matches. I work out almost every day, sometimes at the gym and sometimes through long walks. What I find so wonderful about the walks I take is that they give me the opportunity to really sit and reflect on the day. I typically ask myself three questions: What have I done? What can I do better? And how can I become better? These questions help me to constantly develop and improve.
